Axeos has developed a redundant SIP Proxy platform that enables our clients to provide carried grade SIP-Trunk connectivity services to their customers. The SIP Proxy allows you to efficiently manage the traffic between incoming SIP-Trunks and any number of PBX servers. In addition, most companies are now required to comply with one or more government or industry regulations such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Patriot Act, HIPAA and the Gramm-Leach-Billey Act. Our SIP Proxy platform makes that possible.

Enterprise and service providers must be able to scale both the capacity and the availability of their SIP-based real-time applications. Scaling real-time applications is more challenging than scaling non-real-time applications, like email or web browsers. Real-time traffic, like voice and video, requires more bandwidth and is more sensitive to latency, jitter and loss, so performance has to scale in a consistent, deterministic manner. SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is the signalling standard for all IP-based real-time communication and collaboration. Most PBXs, application servers and enterprise collaboration platforms support SIP.
